Once again we are offering a varitety of toppings for your special pizza. All taken from the market on the day of the market. A proper special will return in three weeks when we have completed our new kitchen.

Select from a variety of toppings taken from the market that day. Including olives and sun dried toms from the Real Olive Company, Mushrooms, and maybe sausage from Woodside Farm (if they have any left!)

Pizza with smoked rashers and semi sun dried tomatoes.  

Rashers from the Gubbeen Smokehouse with quality sun dried tomatoes from the real olive company.

W/C 5th July

Pizza Blind topped with aubergine puree black olives and anchovies.

With this one the pizza is basted with garlic oil, baked and topped afterwards. Its a different thing to pizza - crispier and cooler.

Again one euro for each one sold goes to the excellent cancer support charity 'Arc House'

W/C 28th June

Cork Hawaiian. Woodside farm Lardons, Bellish sweet apple rellish, home made tomato sauce, Mozzarella, fresh herbs, Parmesan.

W/C 21st June

Woodside Farm Herb Sausage and onion puree with garlic and rosemary.

Euro 7.50 with one euro going to Arc cancer care with each special sold.

W/C 14th June

Hot Chilli Pizza. Hot chilli sauce, Mozzarella, Sun dried tomatoes from the Real Olive Company, Cream cheese, chopped garlic from Willy, chopped coriander from Derek.

W/C 7th June

Sweet pepper sauce, Mozzarella, with Magpie Cottage Goats Cheese and Real Olive co Olives.  Finished with flat leaf parsley and coriander.

W/C 31st May

Simple one this week. Cashel Blue and Black olives with chopped garlic atop Mozzarella and Home made tomato sauce.

W/C 17th May

Onion compote topped with goats cheese from Magpie Cottage Dairy, tomato slices from the market, black olives from the Real Olive Company, chopped garlic and fresh thyme.
